Reception at the Lille Vauban residence is open Monday to Saturday from 6.45am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 10.30pm, and on Sundays and public holidays from 7.45am to 12.30pm and from 2.30pm to 9pm.

Are pets allowed in the residence?

Pets are not allowed in the Lille Vauban residence.

Does the Lille Vauban residence offer breakfast?

The Lille Vauban residence offers a sweet and savoury buffet breakfast Monday to Friday from 7am to 10am, Saturday from 7am to 10.30am and Sunday from 8am to 10.30am.

Are cots and high chairs available?

The Lille Vauban residence offers cots and highchairs on request from reception*. Please let our staff know before your arrival so that we can set some aside for you.

How can I park during my stay?

The residence has an underground car park (1.80 m high) at a cost of €12/night. We advise you to reserve your parking space when you make your reservation.

Does the Lille Vauban residence have air conditioning?

The studios and apartments in the Lille Vauban residence do not have air conditioning.

Faut-il fournir une caution lors de mon arrivée ?

A deposit of €100* will be required on arrival at the residence. This will be returned to you after your departure if no damage has been found (breakage, cigarette smell, etc.).

What time is check-in at the Lille Vauban residence?

Arrivals at the Lille Vauban residence are from Monday to Sunday from 4pm. Departures are until 11am. Late departures are possible* at an additional cost until 2pm.

What should I do if I arrive outside opening hours?

If you arrive at the Lille Vauban residence after 10.30pm, an email will be sent to you in advance with a code enabling you to collect your room key.
There is also an on-call number at the entrance to the residence if you have any problems getting in.
