What are the reception opening times?

The reception of the Mayflower residence is open every day except Wednesdays and Sundays from 9.00am to 12.00pm and from 3.00pm to 7.00pm.

Are pets allowed in the residence?

Only one pet (under 7kg) per apartment is allowed in the Mayflower residence at a cost of €10/night.

How can I park during my stay?

The residence has an uncovered outdoor car park at a cost of €10/night and a garage (2 m high) with closed parking spaces at a cost of €15/night. We recommend that you reserve your parking space when you make your reservation*.
*One parking space per apartment.

Does the Mayflower residence offer breakfast?

The Mayflower residence does not offer breakfast.

Are baby cots and high chairs available?

The Mayflower residence offers cots and highchairs on request from reception*. Please let our staff know before your arrival so that we can set some aside for you.

Does Le Mayflower have air conditioning?

The studios and apartments in the Mayflower residence do not have air conditioning.

Do I have to pay a deposit on arrival?

A deposit of €100* will be required on arrival at the residence. This will be returned to you when you leave, after an inventory of fixtures and fittings, provided that no damage has been found (breakage, smell of cigarettes, etc.).

What time is check-in at the Mayflower residence?

Arrivals at the Mayflower residence are from Monday to Sunday from 3pm. Departures are until 11.00am. Late departures are possible* with a supplement of €25 until 2pm.

What should I do if I arrive outside opening hours?

If you arrive after 7pm at the Mayflower residence, an email will be sent to you in advance with a code enabling you to collect your room key.
