Reception at the Cannes Festival residence is open Monday to Sunday from 10.30am to 1pm and from 2.30pm to 7pm.

How can I park during my stay?

The residence has an indoor car park at €12/night. We advise you to reserve your parking space when you make your reservation.

Are baby cots and high chairs available?

The Canne Festival residence offers cots and highchairs on request from reception*. Please let our staff know before your arrival so that we can set some aside for you.

Do I have to pay a deposit on arrival?

A deposit of €100* will be required on arrival at the Cannes Festival residence. This will be returned to you after your departure if no damage has been noted (breakage, smell of cigarette, etc.).

What time is check-in at the Cannes Festival residence?

Arrivals are from Monday to Sunday from 4pm. Departures are until 11.00am. Late departures are possible* at an additional cost until 2pm.

What should I do if I arrive outside opening hours?

If you arrive after 7pm at the Cannes Festival residence, an email will be sent to you in advance with a code enabling you to collect your room key.
