The reception of the Grenoble Grenette residence is open every day from 07:00 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 22:30.

Are pets allowed in the residence?

Pets are not allowed in the Grenoble Grenette residence.

How can I park during my stay?

The residence offers discounted passes to the nearest public car park at €18/day. We advise you to reserve your parking space when you make your reservation.

Does the Grenette residence offer breakfast?

The Grenette residence offers a sweet and savoury buffet breakfast from Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 10:00 and from Saturday to Sunday from 07:00 to 10:30.

Are baby cots and high chairs available?

The Grenoble Grenette residence offers cots and highchairs on request from reception*. Please let our staff know before your arrival so that we can set some aside for you.

Does the Grenette residence have air conditioning?

The studios and apartments in the Grenette residence are air-conditioned. As part of the government’s energy-saving policy, please use the air conditioning sparingly.

Do I have to pay a deposit on arrival?

A deposit of €100* will be required on arrival at the Grenoble Grenette residence. This will be returned to you after your departure if no damage has been found (breakage, cigarette smell, etc.).

What time is check-in at the Grenette residence?

Arrivals are Monday to Friday from 2pm and Saturday and Sunday from 4pm. Departures are until 11am. Late departures are possible* at an additional cost until 2pm.

What should I do if I arrive outside opening hours?

If you arrive at the Grenette residence after 10.30pm, an email will be sent to you in advance with a code enabling you to collect your room key.
