What is the Residhotel cancellation policy?

The cancellation policy varies according to the residence and the tariff you have chosen. If you have chosen a non-refundable package, your reservation cannot be cancelled, refunded or modified.

Are the residences equipped with free WIFI?

All our residences are equipped with free WIFI and fibre.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are accepted with an additional cost only in residences in Bordeaux, Aix-les-Bains, Grau-du-Roi and Avignon. Only one small pet per room is accepted.

How often is my room cleaned?

During your stay at Residhotel, you can choose between
– Residential package: bed linen and towels provided, and for stays of 7 nights or more a cleaning and change of linen during the stay is included.
– Hotel package: bed and bath linen provided, daily cleaning and change of laundry.

I have a reservation and would like to arrive after opening hours. What should I do?

If you need to arrive after the opening hours of our residences, don’t panic! Contact reception to let them know, and you will receive all the information by email, including the arrival procedure that will allow you access to your room. On site, if necessary, we have an on-call number for one of our residences open 24 hours a day, where our receptionists are there to help you if you have any questions.

What is provided in the rooms?
